This is done currently via Staffing agencies which is a very unorganised sector, so we’d like to make it organized by registering all these people & companies on our platform and connecting them for jobs.

Marketing Plan

ONLINE – The primary mode of marketing reaching our first market segments is what requires minimal digital literacy which is Youtube, WhatsApp and Facebook marketing. 

OFFLINE – Our Marketing also has to include Offline marketing methods like NewsPaper Ads. 

OFFLINE – Marketing can also be done by running a marketing campaigns in Housing societies/ communities / social groups  where most of the target audience can be found in concentration.

REFERENCE – We will invite our registered employees to invite other people in exchange of some goodies.

Problem Statement

Market: Skilled/Unskilled but Unemployed females across all India, Or All those females who don’t want to do any long term jobs and wants to have their freedom as well, along with short term work opportunities. 

No good platform giving 100% reliability for gigs

Problem: They need part-time projects or gigs because of their need to balance work and family face challenges in finding suitable opportunities that match their skills and interests. They don’t have a trusted platform with reliable work/payment process to earn money.

 

Solution

An Offline & Online Platform & APP creation in multiple phases-

Phase 1– Create a Gigs / Part time jobs / Freelance job platform for skilled females which offers multidisciplinary options.

Phase 2– We also offer training and development to the candidates based on the need 

Phase 3– We also also develop a community model around it, so these people also help each other and create volunteer groups & create new projects & interests.

Phase 4– We might like to address this group for Students/Youth/Men as well
